About the Supplier: City Sightseeing is one of the leading tour operators offering hop-on, hop-off services across 100 locations worldwide. They have been providing quality services since 1998.
Buses depart between 10:10am and 5:10pm, every 40 minutes, depending on the season.
You may board the bus at any stop. The voucher can be exchanged at any of the stops directly with the driver.
You can end the tour at any of the stops
Voucher information: Sorry, but we will need you to print a paper version of your booking voucher (we're working on changing this). At this time no refund can be given for customers without a printed copy of their voucher.
COVID-19 update: If travel plans have changed because of COVID-19, you can postpone the use of your vouchers until 31 December 2020 as it will now be valid all year. If a customer’s voucher currently states a tour date of 16 March to 31 July, they will also be able to cancel their booking up until 31 July 2020, if alternative travel plans are not feasible.
Our local partners do everything in their power to ensure the tours runs to schedule. However, Cambridge is a functioning city and weather, traffic and events may occasionally cause disruption.
Your voucher will be valid for 3 months from the date chosen at the time of booking.
The buses have ramps and are therefore fully wheelchair accessible, but there is no space to store the wheelchair. No steps required to board the bus.
