It is known for its complex, stunning and advanced architecture, most of which is still intact considering the site being used as a pit for building materials at various points in history.

Visiting the Colosseum today is to be reminded of just how “modern” people were in Ancient Rome. It is a living proof of the stunning architecture and strong masonry of the ancient world, and has served as a model for stadiums around the world.

Enter the evocative ruins of the Roman Forum and walk around the remains of the imposing ancient buildings listening to its history peppered with anecdotes. Spend time on the Palantine Hill and enjoy an incredible view of the Imperial Palace, Circus Maximus, and the Ancient Forum.

Voucher information: You can show your voucher on your smartphone (But if you’d rather print a copy – that’s fine too!)

It is necessary to show up at the access gate 15 minutes before the booked time and already in possession of your ticket.

Soon after booking, we will email your E-ticket. You are advised to carry this voucher at the redemption desk of Colosseum. This E-ticket can be shown on mobile but we strongly recommend you to carry the print out to the counter where they will exchange the same for your Colosseum ticket with the Entrance time.

For security reasons all visitors and their luggage shall be screened. To facilitate the security checks please insert any object (including mobile phone) in the bag / backpack or in the tray to be included in the X-ray.

It is forbidden to enter the monument with bottles, glass containers, alcoholic beverages and spray cans
