Heineken Experience

You have to go back to 1867 when the Heineken® Brewery opened. And ever since then, it’s quenched the thirst of many who visit Amsterdam and those that live here. Now you can go on a journey to learn about the history in an interactive, semi-guided tour. Oh, and don’t drink before you come, well, you’ve got a tasting session to enjoy at the end.

This is a beer fans delight. You’ll explore the historic brewing rooms and see the authentic 18th-century wooden and copper machinery. In addition, there are other interactive displays to see, some of which are a little bit out there! For example, you can see what it’s like to be a beer bottle for a day! Crazy, we know!
 And after all this fun, well, it’s time to taste the beer. There’s a small beer-tasting session and two free beers at the snazzy bar. You’ll leave with a head full of Heineken® knowledge and a belly full of beer!
