HOW IT WORKS

There are a number of I amsterdam redemption points located across the city. Exchange your confirmation voucher for the card at any of the locations and you are good to go. For entry to attractions, you just have to show the card at the entrance. Easy and simple!

I amsterdam Store is Open Monday - Friday 10am-7pm & Saturday - Sunday 9am-6pm.

Train ride from Schiphol (Amsterdam Airport) to Amsterdam Central station are not included in the I Amsterdam City Card.

The City Card offers significant savings at many children's attractions in Amsterdam, please check with the local staff while redeeming the voucher.

At the Rijksmuseum, you can skip the line and present your City Card at a separate desk.

Once activated, your ticket is valid for the number of hours you’ve chosen.

Due to current safety measures you are now required to book time slots before visiting any City Card location.

Your City Card has two chips that are activated separately. One chip activates when first entering a museum or attraction. The other chip activates when first using public transport. After activation each chip in your City Card is valid for 24, 48, 72, 96 hours, depending on your card purchase.
