Located in a 1904 townhouse on the Museumplein, the Moco Museum/Banksy Exhibit displays key works by the world-famous street artist, Banksy. Well-documented and original pieces, such as Girl with Balloon, Barcode, Beanfield, and more, can be viewed in this intimate, but well-curated setting. Even though his work is situated near museums containing masterpieces by Van Gogh, Rembrandt, and Raphael, Banksy can’t be ignored.
But, Banksy isn’t the only artist with works on display at the Moco Museum. Legendary pop artist Roy Lichtenstein’s paintings are also shown here. An admixture of industrial production and comic strip aesthetic, Lichtenstein’s work is almost always mentioned after any reference to Andy Warhol. Both the Banksy and the Lichtenstein exhibit end in mid-2018, so make sure you take advantage of the opportunity to see them now while you can!
Immediately on booking you will be emailed a receipt for your tickets. Your barcoded e-ticket will be sent by email within 24 hours of booking. This ticket can be shown on your smartphone to enter the attraction
Moco museum/Banksy Exhibition has no elevator. Guests must climb at least one staircase to see the Banksy Exhibition.
