Great overall,very pleased
We normally enjoy the hop on hop off bus experiences as it's a great way to get an introduction to a new city. The audio guides work well and the routes usually pick up the main sights so that you can return later and explore in more depth.
This Copenhagen hop on hop off was a little disappointing as only 1 of the 3 routes were working (it being Christmas). Also the ticket allowed for a 72 period. As we were only in Copenhagen for 1 day it would have been good to get a reduced deal for the reduced service.
A learning point for next time?!!
There are competing red buses that all say "Hop On, Hop Off" and that caused quite a bit of confusion when boarding a red bus which might not be the Stromma.com red bus. Wish there was a better way of identifying which bus we paid for. Had a long wait at the cruise ship (30 min.) before we left the dock area, as many passengers had tickets for the other red bus. The transfer from the Little Mermaid back to the ship went smoothly and was easy to locate.
