Please note that this ticket has 2 experiences included - Access to At The Top, Burj Khalifa SILVER and At The Top, Burj Khalifa GOLD. They are in 2 different locations in Downtown Dubai.

Tickets for At The Top, Burj Khalifa are only valid for the specific date and time they are booked.

Kindly be informed that lighters, e-cigarettes, laptops, food items, sharp items, baby strollers are not allowed inside the attraction and to be kept in the luggage room. Wear modest and comfortable clothing (no loose dresses, skirts, flip flops, loose footwear, or long and loose scarves).

Customers will hold a voucher that has to include a QR code and supplier reference number included, they will then present it as an e-voucher and collect the printed ticket.

Sky Views:

Customers and staff MUST wear masks at all times. Weight requirements for this experience is: 50 to 100 kg. Height requirements for this experience is: Between 130 210 cm.

Please notify the Sky Views staff of any pre-existing health conditions, including any physical limitations or medical conditions including but not limited to; neck weakness, back weakness, broken bones, heart conditions, nervous disorders, motion sickness, epilepsy, or if pregnant.

Please note minors under 18 years require the consent of their parent/s in person.

When you make a booking you will be asked to choose a window (peak hours or off-peak hours) for your visit. Tickets are valid for entry at a fixed time and within this window the first available time slot will be allocated. This time slot will be printed on your ticket and you will only be able to enter at this time. If you require a specific time, please mention this in the special requests field when booking online or contact us. If you state a time preference, we will give you the closest time possible but cannot guarantee the exact time.
