      Hop-On, Hop-Off Tour:  Hop on the bus at any of the stops. The first bus leaves from new Zabeel Bus Parking (Across D71 - Financial Center Street). You may access Zabeel area by crossing the pedestrian bridge on the 2nd Floor.

      Sunset and Night Tour: Make your way to the Dubai Mall

      Burj Khalifa: Once you get to Dubai Mall, you can walk through the Lower Ground floor and exit at the Burj Khalifa entrance.

Valid for 24, 48 or 72 hours, the hop-on hop-off tour showcases the best of the city, from its contemporary skyscrapers to heritage mosques. Feast your eyes on the vivacious City of Gold as you listen to an immersive audio-commentary in multiple languages.

    Hop on and off at well-placed stops and visit attractions of your choice at your own leisure. No more fixed itineraries!

    At the Top - Burj Khalifa:

    Soar high above the city of Dubai as you take the world’s highest elevator system to the 124th and 125th floor of the tallest structure in the world, Burj Khalifa.

    Enjoy spectacular views of the city laid out in front of you from the observation deck. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer unobstructed views of Dubai and provide ample photo opportunities. The view in front of you stretches across the Palm Jumeirah, Burj Al-Arab, Dubai Marina, and the Persian Gulf. After your visit, you can catch up with ‘A Falcon’s Eye View’ exhibition on the 125th floor and see Dubai landmarks using the interactive installations

    Voucher information: You can show your voucher on your smartphone (But if you’d rather print a copy – that’s fine too!)

    Individual vouchers for each activity will be shared with customers within 24 hours of booking.

    The date you choose is for the attraction ticket. The hop-on, hop-off tour can be taken on any day within 12 months.

    Hop-On, Hop-Off Bus Tour:

    Validity: 12 months from the date chosen at the time of booking

    Timings and stops are subject to change. The updated map will be available on the bus.

    Sunset and Night Tour is not a hop-on, hop-off tour, it is a 2-hour non-stop tour.

    Burj Khalifa:

    Bring a copy of your Passport or Emirates ID and present it to At the Top “Will Call” Counter.

    Please note that lighters, e-cigarettes, laptops, food items, sharp items, baby strollers, bags and suitcases are not allowed inside the attraction and to be kept in the luggage room.

    Customers and staff MUST wear masks at all times.

    Anyone entering the site including staff and customers must undergo thermal screening and temperature checks.

    Free water onboard the buses is not available until Monday 31st March due to it being the Holy Month of Ramadan.
