Itinerary

Day 1:

Meet your guide at Edinburgh Bus Station and depart from Edinburgh on a comfortable Mercedes mini coach to kickstart your tour!

As you depart from Edinburgh, feast your eyes on Stirling Castle and the Wallace Monument and Doune Castle as you pass by them. The first stop of the day brings you the small but charming town of Callander for refreshments.
After crossing the fault line into the splendid Highlands, admire the magnificent views of Loch Luibnaig, Loch Earn, Glen Ogle, and Glen Dochart. Bask in the impressive views of Glencoe before you continue north up the Great Glen to the world famousLoch Ness.
Keep your eyes peeled for the mythical creature of Loch Ness, or ‘Nessie’ as fondly called by the locals. Be sure to capture photos of this beautiful loch which stretches 23 miles!
You finally arrive at Inverness, a stunning cosmopolitan city where the wonderful Highlands rest on its doorsteps. Feel free to explore Inverness in the evening and unpack here to spend the night.

Day 2:
Kickstart your day early and depart from Inverness. On the way you come across Black Isle and Andrew Carnegie’s Skibo Castle which further opens up to the northeast coastline, boasting some of Scotland’s most dramatic scenery!
Make a stop at John o' Groats, the country’s most northerly mainland village and then head to Gills Bay, where you board the ferry and enter theOrkney Archipelago. Cover famous attractions in Orkney such as the Italian Chapel, the Viking stronghold of Kirkwall and even visit Kirkwall's glorious Viking Cathedral and its remarkabletwisting streets.
Day 3:
Behold the archipelago’s verdant pastures, golden beach sands, waters of the North Sea and Atlantic Ocean! Later, explore Skara Brae – the 5000 year old village rich in prehistoric stone circles at Brodgar and Stenness.
The next stop takes you to the spot where 12th century Vikings left behind the largest collection of Norse runic inscriptions in Maeshowe. Spend some time here learning about the ancient treasure from your guide.
Day 4:
Drive to the very top of Scotland and past the beautiful Ben Loyal, Ben Hope mountains, rocky cliffs and gorgeous golden sand beaches.
Head next to the farnorthwestHighlands and behold the wilderness of theAssynt mountains. Here you also get a chance to view the 15th century ruins of Ardvreck Castle.
Day 5:

Last day of your tour will start with departing from Ullapool and witnessing the striking River Droma cascading 60m into Corrieshalloch Gorge. Pass by the picturesque Loch Glascarnoch and Inverness. Later Visit Culloden Moor, the 1746 Battle site, and proceed to Clava Cairns, famed in the 'Outlander' books. Drive through the ancient Caledonian Pine Forest, have lunch, and journey through Perthshire, the Kingdom of Fife, concluding in Edinburgh.
