You travel north over the Firth of Forth to the charming highland village of Dunkeld. From there, you venture into the Cairngorms National Park, exploring the ancient pine forests of the Rothiemurchus estate. From there, you journey past the mountains of the Beinn Eighe nature reserve and along the picturesque coastline of Loch Torridon.

After a lunch stop in Applecross, you take on one of Scotland's highest and most exhilarating roads, Bealach na Ba.

In the afternoon, you visit the "tropical" Plockton, where palm trees grow alongside Loch Carron, allowing you to enjoy its sheltered serenity. Finally, you cross the sea to Skye and arrive at the charming harbour town of Portree.
