Voucher information:

Hop on Hop off : Redeem your e-ticket or voucher at the bus station before using it. Show your printed voucher and photo ID or e-ticket at the redemption location. You'll get a ticket in exchange, which you need to keep until it expires or the tour ends. After you get your ticket, the voucher won't be valid anymore.

For Cu Chi Tunnels tours : please show your mobile or printed voucher to the driver/ guide who will pick you from the Hotel.

Independence Palace or War Remnants Museum: Show your mobile or printed voucher to the staff in red t-shirts at the bus stop in front of the War Remnants Museum or the Independence Palace, near the ticket booth and entrance gate, to get your entrance ticket.

Check-in: 15 minutes in advance to the departure time. In case of not arriving on time, please wait for further arrangements from the staff.
