Voucher information: You can show your voucher on your smartphone (But if you’d rather print a copy – that’s fine too!)
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes (Except in the Tramcar)
Even though it is a mobile ticket, when you get the QR code scanned on the bus, you will receive a paper ticket which you should retain till the end of the tour as the ticket is a proof that the voucher was redeemed.
Lisbon is a functioning city and weather, traffic and events may occasionally cause disruption.
Timings and stops are subject to change.
You can hop on and off the buses and boats at any of the stops, as many times as you want, while your ticket is valid.
To activate the voucher, just present it to the driver, staff member, or at the Yellow bus kiosk. In exchange you’ll be given a ticket; keep it during its validity (check expiration date).Once the ticket is issued, voucher is no longer valid.

The cost of the ticket was very good, which included the bus, boat, tram and numerous other attractions, the transport was always clean and well presented.
What let things down was the buses didn’t run to timetable and numerous earphone sockets on the buses didn’t work, which meant having to change seats.
