The date you choose is for the attraction ticket. The hop-on, hop-off ticket is valid for 12 months.

Individual vouchers for each activity will be shared with customers within 24 hours of booking.

Most of the facilities, except the Spirit of London ride, are wheelchair accessible. For safety reasons, only three wheelchair users can be in the building at any one time.

Standard prices apply for disabled and the care taker's entry is free.

Photography and filming are restricted in some areas.

Children under 15yrs must be accompanied by an adult.

No suitcases/large bags allowed.

The cruise is operated by Hornblower - City Cruises. How to do the cruise? Cruise tickets will be issued when you exchange your voucher on the bus so you must visit the bus in the first instance. Please note that the cruise is offered as strictly subject to availability.

Stop 11 (Buckingham Palace) is closed every Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 11:00 - 12:00 due to the Changing of the Guards.Stops 44, 45, 46 and 47 (King's Cross/ St. Pancras Station area) are suspended due to heavy traffic and roadworks. The nearest pick-up point is Stop 49 City Sightseeing Shop.
