The Original Tour London Hop-On, Hop-Off & London Zoo ticket

Voucher information: No need to print! You can show your voucher on your smartphone or other devices. (But if you’d rather print a copy – that’s fine too!)

The date you choose is for the attraction ticket. Hop-on-hop-off tickets are valid for redemption on the booked travel date.
Individual vouchers for each activity will be shared with customers within 24 hours of booking.

Hop-on, Hop-off:

If you purchase a 2,3, or 7-day ticket, it can be used on separate days within a two-week period.
Wheelchair/Stroller accessible: Yes
There's space on board for prams and buggies but please note that storage is at the discretion of the driver and space is reserved for wheelchair users as a first priority.
Food & drinks (except water) are not permitted on board.
London is a functioning city. Weather, traffic and local events may occasionally cause service disruption.
Timings and stops are subject to change. The updated map will be available on the bus.

Attraction ticket:

You must take a printed copy of your confirmation voucher with you as this is your ticket for entry

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes
Last admission: 1 hour before closing time.
Children under 16 will not be admitted without an adult.
If you require the use of a wheelchair please mention it clearly in the ‘special request’ section during the booking process.

There are six manual wheelchairs and two boosters/ electronic wheelchairs available at the Zoo entrance. There is no wheelchair hire charge, but you will be asked to pay a deposit.

Those booking senior or student options will be required to provide proof of age on the day of the tour. Anyone not able to provide such proof will be charged the additional amount locally.
