Voucher information: You can show your voucher on your smartphone (But if you’d rather print a copy – that’s fine too!)
After your booking, you will receive separate vouchers for each activity. Please keep the vouchers handy and present it to the respective activity operators on the day of your visit.
Hop-on, hop-off tour:
Hop-on-hop-off tickets are valid for redemption on the booked travel date. If you purchase a 2,3, or 7-day ticket, it can be used on separate days within a two-week period.
Wheelchair/Stroller accessible: YesThere's space on board for prams and buggies but please note that storage is at the discretion of the driver and space is reserved for wheelchair users as a first priority.Timings and stops are subject to change. The updated map will be available on the bus.
Food & drinks (except water) are not permitted on board.
LONDON EYE:
You must choose a timeslot for the London Eye ticket; tickets will be processed for the first available time within that booked timeslot.
The busiest period at the lastminute.com London Eye is between 12 noon and 3pm - please be aware it may take longer than usual to get to your redemption point.
Handbags and small bags are allowed on the London Eye however briefcases and laptops cannot be carried aboard. The London Eye cannot accept any left luggage except prams and buggies which will be thoroughly.

Very nice way to see London. It would be better if you could let customers redeem online voucher with 1st driver, (like we did in Paris) ,instead of having to go to Trafalger...
