Voucher information: You can show your voucher on your smartphone (But if you’d rather print a copy – that’s fine too!)

All guests must be able to ride a bicycle on their own. If you have children in your group, please let us know how many and their ages so we can make sure we have the correct sized bikes. We do NOT have toddler trailers.

No guest under the age of 18 will be given a bike without an adult over the age of 18 present.

For eBike upgrades, riders must be at least 14 years old.

Please bring one government-issued photo ID to be retained as a deposit for all rentals and a credit card to be kept on file for the security of the bikes.
