Your Segway tour starts with an orientation session (in English). Once you feel comfortable riding the Segway, you will start your journey to the historic centre of town, accompanied by your Segway Staff Escort. As you drive past all the important areas of Milan, you can enjoy listening to the audio commentary through the headphones. And there will be plenty of opportunities to take photographs of all the wonderful places you see:

The tour meeting time is 15 minutes prior to the start time. No refunds or re-bookings can be provided for late arrivals or no-shows after tour commencement or departure.
Always keep a photo ID handy for security checks.
For the riding safety of everyone, guests must weigh at least 100 pounds (45kg) and not in excess of 260 pounds (118kg).
Riders must be able to easily and quickly step on and off the Segway without assistance, which requires physical abilities similar to climbing and descending stairs
Pregnant women are not allowed to participate in Segway tours due to the risk to both child and mother.
All riders must be at least 16 years of age, as required by law in Italy.
All participants under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
