Please wear comfortable, casual clothing suitable for the weather, and consider bringing sunglasses. Be aware that you might get wet, and the company is not responsible for any personal items that get splashed.

The minimum age for participants is 5 years, and children cannot sit on laps. The tour is not wheelchair or stroller accessible, and all passengers must be able to board the airboat without staff assistance.

Pets are not allowed, and for the safety of the animals, service animals are also not permitted.

The tour is not recommended for individuals with neck or back problems, pregnant travelers, or those with heart conditions.
