Hop-On, Hop-Off

Validity: Tickets are valid for 14 days from or before the booking date.

Timings and stops are subject to change. The updated map will be available on the bus.

New York is a functioning city and weather; traffic and events may occasionally cause disruption.

Show your ticket (printed or on a device) to a member of staff at one of our stops or aboard the bus. They'll issue you a receipt that you'll be able to use to hop on the bus throughout the validity period of your ticket.

Metropolitan Museum of Art:

Please arrive at the pick-up point 15 minutes prior to the departure time to avoid any last-minute rush.

All guests (including children) must bring ID on the day of their tour.

Wheelchair Accessibility: Yes.

Those requiring wheelchair access to the museum will need to enter the museum to the left of the main entrance (while facing it) where a ground-level entrance is located. Please inform the staff you are meeting a tour group in the main lobby.

Please note that galleries and artwork visited during this tour are subject to closure and absences without prior notice. Your guide may need to modify to account for these events on the day of the tour.
