Paper vouchers can be redeemed at our Visitor Information Point at 44-45 High Street, Oxford, our ticket sellers and our drivers.
Customers will get a code for the boat when they redeem their bus ticket. This can be used when boarding the boat.
A walking tour is also offered on selected dates (during school holidays, 20th Dec to 4th Jan and 14th Feb to 22nd Feb) subject to availability. Please check with local staff for more details.

For boat tour, children under 3 go free. For Children between 4-5 years, please buy their tickets directly at the boat.
Please reach meeting point 15 minutes prior to the departure time.
