Walking tour:
Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before departure.
It is recommended to wear comfortable shoes.
The tour is not suitable for people with limited mobility.
The tour will take place in all weather conditions.
The monuments are visible only from the outside.
At the meeting point, guests receive a unique code to download the audio guide app to their smartphone (Android or iOS). Each code allows only one download per device and the language can be selected when validating the voucher.
The tour leader is not a licensed guide, but they offer local support and tales that make the experience more engaging, friendly, and memorable.
The headphones provided are only compatible with our bus audio system and may not work with customers' personal devices (e.g. smartphones).
Hop-on, Hop-off tour:
Palermo is a functioning city and weather, traffic and events may occasionally cause disruption.
Timings and stops are subject to change. Updated maps are available once you board the bus.
The "Castello della Zisa" stop on the blue line is temporarily suspended.
