Overall it's a recommended tour as you get to see the most of Paris within the shortest time possible with clear recorded audio guides in English. However organisation was a disaster as the time stated for end of tour of one of the bus lines was incorrect and we were stuck in the middle of nowhere, with no connection to the other bus that would take us back to the starting point.

There should have been better instructions as to where we could catch the buses. It took us 2 hours & stopping many people before a hotel clerk helped us. Several times we had to wait over an hour for the next bus, than there would be 2 in a row. Boat ride again it should have been pointed out what name to look for to get on the boat.

Great value if you are staying for 2 - 3 days in Barcelona.

With a limited time to spend in Glasgow the hop on/off bus tour proved invaluable. We were able to see all the important landmarks and spend time in locations of our choice. Some of the drivers were very helpful and the commentary was most informative. We were able to sit on the open top on the first day which was great for photo taking. The second day however weather meant we sat inside and the bus windows could have been cleaner! Overall a good experience . Bus stops clearly marked and well positioned. Buses were punctual.
