We only had three days in Paris and used the hop-on buses to see as much of the city as possible. You can see a lot more from the top of a bus than from the street! We used the Batobus boats quite a few times to get from one side of the city to the other - its a great way to avoid the traffic! The service on both the buses and boats was both professional and friendly and the wait for either the boat or bus was never very long.

I would recommend this company and tour with no hesitation. We should have travelled to Madrid on 11th June 2013 but a french air traffic control strike put paid to that! We had prebooked a 2 day hop on hop off ticket with Isango and I expected to lose that money as a result. We were able to travel 1 week later and after calling Isango a very friendly and helpful girl transferred our booking and sent an immediate confirmation email.....excellent service!! The tour experience itself was great... just hand over the confirmation to the conductor and receive a 2 day ticket,route map,book of vouchers and headphones in exchange. The conductor explained clearly and quickly about the tickets etc and we took our seats. Once underway he returned to tell us more as there were a few people getting on at the same time and so didn't want to hold everyone up. The tours themselves are excellent and the commentary very informative. We did both tours on the first morning to see everything and then used the buses to travel round to everything we wanted to explore further. The buses are very frequent and have several points where both routes cross so making it an ideal way to get around. Finally,during the summer there is a non stopping tour between 10 and 11 pm that travels route 1 (Old Madrid) and can only be boarded at the Prado stop and is a great way to see Madrid by night. Plenty of buses and we travel around Paris for two days. The bus driver was very helpful. Unfortunately the second day was raining and we had very little opportunity to sit on top of the buses. Nevertheless, I would say the hop on, hop off tour that we booked are very well organise

Visiting the city with my 11 year old grandson, the hop on and hop off gave us an efficient and wonderful orientation to the city. The map provided was also appreciated making the route and stops clear for our planning.
