We found the hop on, hop off bus tour very helpful to give us an overview of Paris right when we arrived. We especially liked being able to just show our Isango voucher to the first bus driver we saw and get our tickets right on the bus. The boat trip was also an enjoyable trip, with some great views from the river. We used the bus more for transportation on our second day, which was also very helpful.

You needbetter pick up directions for the London card. How about the hut on Trafalgar square? That's pretty clear and way better than an address especially for a tourist. Easier to ask directions also. So half our time was wasted. Thanks for that. It should be good for 24 hours straight. That would be more helpful.

We pre- booked the two day tour and found that not only was there very good coverage of major attractions but also their easily identifiable buses maintained a very regular cycle ensuring quick pick-ups and travel to the next attraction. Very good value compared to other 'Hop-On Hop-Off' tours we have taken in other European and Asian cities over the past three years.

This is a great idea for first time visitors to Paris. All major museums and historic attractions are included with easy access.

We have used your services for the past 3 years in Barcelona and enjoy having the ability to see the sites around the city in such a convenient way. The only improvement that I can offer is for our group situation, it proves a little more challenging than the average family size. It would be nice to be able to hand out voucher with a specific date to our members individually so that they can explore at leisure. Currently we have to take the multiple vouchers for the driver to exchange which tends to be a bit time consuming for larger groups. We understand the importance of keeping to a schedule! Eventually, would love to see a QR scanner/reader capability that the guest could scan from their smartphone or tablet. Thanks for your services!
