After using Hop on Hop Off services in 4 different cities over the past 3 weeks, I can definitely say that the Barcelona East West Route was easily the best of the services. The buses arrived very regularly with waits averaging 10-15 minutes. We liked having the dedicated English speaking guide (not available on other hop on cities). It was often difficult to get a seat upstairs and the seats downstairs had poor viewing. Often had to wait downstairs for people to get off. In some areas, the stops were limited and very far apart making it difficult to find the next nearest location and all but impossible to get to certain venues because of this. We traveled on both routes 2-3 times at different times of day so we could see a variety of different experiences. I am disabled so was limited in otherwise being able to get around in the city.

Thought it was well worth the money and most importantly my mum enjoyed it as I had taken her to Edinburgh as a treat for her 85th Birthday
