From stepping foot outside the Station this was a well organised, easy to use system. The buses frequent, clean, well infomred and highlighted all the places we wanted to see I have marked it down on qulaity for 1 reason. On the return journey to the Gare du Nord late afternoon, the driver spent all (and i mean ALL) of his time texting on his ph0one, not looking at the traffic and he completely skipped the road and stop for the Gare du Nord. We ended getting off at Gare du L'Est and walking back to the Gare du Nord to catch the Eurostar back home - thank goodness we had plenty of time so we didn't miss our train. The driver completely ignored another customer when she questionned him about the stop and he didn't check anyone's ticket when they got on board. It's a shame as other than that the whole tour was perfect.

I don't think our trip round London would have been as successful without this bus tour, particularly with children, we saw all the major sights,(sometimes a little whistletourish) without the moaning,prefered the bus to the Dungeons and the information was really interesting.

We had the chance to visit most of the magnificent places in beautiful Paris. Kind and knowledgeable staff. Covers so many places!

This was brilliant! A fabulous way to see London and the guides on the bus were so informative and entertaining. Especially loved Sasha!

We enjoyed the route. Our guide was very good and very informative. We had a lovely time and it was great that we could hop off, have a look around and then hop on again.
