Staff were polite, humorous and very knowledge. The buses were always on time at each stop. The bilingual translation was excellent. We couldn't ask for more.

Fabulous way to see edinburgh and all it has to offer and at a good price. Buses ran every 7 minutes, were easily accessable and clean. Highly recommend

The booking on-line and collection of tickets could not have been easier and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff and, of course,of the excellent guides were first class as was the weather which obviously was a bonus. The river trip was great as was the general availability and locations of the hop-on and hop-off stops which made it very easy with two boys aged 5 and 11 to see the sights and experience London with Granny and Grandad! Looked expensive at first but outstanding value for money and no hesitation in advising others to take the Original London Sightseeing Tour especially the Yellow Route with the river trip! "Awesome", as both boys declared at the end of the day!

We booked this on-line before we went to Barcelona as part of a one day stop over prior to setting sail on a Mediterranean cruise. We wanted a way to see as much as possible of the city in a short space of time and this was recommended to us by a travel agent. We booked on-line (at a discount) and printed off a voucher which was merely exchanged for tickets as we boarded the bus - absolutley no problems! Earphones provided to give explanations in various languages.
