We were picked up from our hotel and taken to the bus station to get the main bus, then had a really funny and informative driver who took us to the Lagoon. He gave us lots of information about Iceland and the Lagoon specifically, even though this was advertised as an unguided tour, so that was a bonus. We also did the Golden Circle and Northern Lights tours with the same company, and both times we also had great guides. The buses are always on time, clean and warm, and the tours are really well organised. I would definitely recommend these tours to everyone!
