Organisation at the gathering area was somewhat haphazard . In such a very busy environment, some signs in various languages with flag emblems would help customers to get their tickets and meet up with the appropriate guide. The lady guide we had ( afraid didn't catch her name) was very good indeed and shepherded her group very well; her commentary was just the right blend of anecdote, history and personal experience. The communications equipment worked well once inside the Alhambra; outside in the car park with so many conflicting signals from taxis, buses and other parties it did not and perhaps guides should be more aware of this. I was glad that your staff segregated customers with young children since most people do not wish to be bothered with other peoples youngsters.

It was a good experience, you skip the long lines and you learn so much information’s. The bad thing is that Vatican museums and Sistine Chapel was very very crowded and you couldn’t enjoy them.

It was my partner's 30th birthday so as a surprise i planned this 'experience' in Paris! The whole experience was unforgettable! I told the guides beforehand that it was his birthday and also that i was planning to propose to my partner. They arranged a special table for just ourselves, right next to the window in the Eiffel tower restaurant, overlooking the city. It was JUST perfect. They also got the restaurant staff in on the surprise and had them bring birthday cake to my partner and sing 'Happy Birthday'. Finally I asked the guide to bring to the table at the end, my proposal card. On the front i had 'Monsieur Grzechowski' written on it so he had no idea what it was! I proposed and he burst into tears but said YES! We are now engaged!! After the meal we took to the river for the Seine cruise. This was nothing special - we were just bunged on a huge tourist boat that cruised up and down the river for an hour but it was a lovely evening and the views and history were nice, although i did feel a little overdressed from the restaurant! And finally, the coach drove us to the Moulin Rouge. Our WONDERFUL guides once again had us upgraded free of charge to a special ticket where we not only got a glass of champagne - we got a whole bottle EACH!! I was suffering with a bit of heart burn so i didn't drink any but my partner enjoyed his! The Moulin Rouge is NOT over rated and certainly NOT to be missed. Absolutely the most outrageously camp thing i've ever seen but an excellent mix of entertainment thrown in from jugglers to topless snake-swimming ladies. The whole show was quite a spectacle!!! After the show the coach about 2am we were designated to a new coach which took us right back to our hotel. This was a great relief as i was pretty tired by the end of the night!! If you don't do anything else in Paris, DO this - absolutely unforgettable!!! THE END!

This was an excellent way to view the many sights of Barcelona. The audio transmssion provided informative information on route. We used both routes to achieve maximum benefit. The bus guides were excellent and were of great assistance to my husband who uses a wheelchair. A very enjoyable day. Well worth the money to see his beautiful diverse city.

Our guide Jared is very friendly and knowledgable about the history of this part of Bavaria and the Ludvig family. The tour does involve a little bit of hiking on the way up to the castle. Our guide ensured everybody had an enjoyable time by having a nice chat with us from time to time, and offering to take a few photos for us. This personalised atmosphere/element of the tour made it a fantastic experience. Organisation was also excellent, as transport from Fuessen station to the path where we walk up to the castle, as well as tickets to the castle are arranged in advance. Would definitely recommend it.
