The time slot you book is for your Accademia Gallery tour. You may start Hop-on, Hop-off tour any other time during the validity of your ticket. Following the Accademia tour, you can explore the gallery freely, but you will be required to return your headset to your guide.

To access the Galleria dell’Accademia, visitors must provide the full name and surname of each participant at the time of booking and present a valid identity document at the entrance that matches the details provided. If the full names of all participants are not provided at the time of booking, admission to the museum may be denied. No refund/cancellation/date amendment will be provided in such cases.

We recommend exchanging the voucher for tickets well ahead of time to avoid last minute rush.
