Discover the renowned landmarks of Andalusian history and art in Seville. Start with the Seville Cathedral, also known as Santa María de la Sede, built on the site of an ancient mosque. As the largest Gothic structure globally, its expansive interior is home to notable highlights, including Christopher Columbus' tomb and the impressive main altarpiece. The Cathedral may be closed on days when there are special Masses.
Entrance to the Royal Alcazar (Palace) may be restricted if the royal family is in residence.
