HOW TO BOOK
- Book your Universal Studios Singapore™ ticket with us
- You will receive your confirmation voucher in the email id provided at the time of booking.
- Register to ensure admission to Universal Studios Singapore™ (subject to availability). Enter your 18-digit ticket ID mentioned on your voucher, full name, date of visit and email address. The earlier you register, you’ll have more chances of confirming the date that you wish to visit the theme park.
- On the day of your visit, present your voucher as well as your registration confirmation mail to enter Universal Studios Singapore™.

Voucher information: You can show your voucher on your smartphone (But if you’d rather print a copy – that’s fine too!)
Immediately on booking, you will be emailed a receipt for your booking followed by your bar-coded ticket within 6 hours. Only buying the ticket does not guarantee your visit to Universal Studios Singapore™. You have to register your date to access the theme park. Having trouble? Reach out to us at support@isango.com and we can help you. Both ticket and confirmation letter needs to be presented at the entrance of the attraction be to granted entry.
