Voucher information: You need to carry the bar-coded voucher, which will be sent within 24-48 hours.

Participants entering from Adventure Cove Waterpark™ are advised to arrive at the waterpark 45 minutes before the start of their program. Check in will open 30 minutes prior to the program start time at Marine Mammal Habitat entrance located within Adventure Cove Waterpark™ and will close 10 minutes after the program start time. Participants who arrive after the cut off time may be refused entry.

Please note that you are required to have another Dolphin program ticket (Encounter, Adventure, or Discovery) to access the Dolphin Observer.

Bring along swimming/waterproof diapers for kids, board shorts, swimming suit/bikini, wet suit/body suit, googles, full body swimwear, round neck t-shirt, and water shoes/booties.

Bring sunscreen, a hat, and sunglasses for sun protection.

Dolphin Moments

For Dolphin Connection & Immersion, participants are required to be in proper swimwear and footwear. Wetsuits will be provided during the interaction. For Dolphin Exploration, participants must be in footwear upon arrival at Marine Mammal Habitat.

Participants are to bring their personal toiletries and a towel for showering.

• Dolphin Connection: The minimum age for participation is 13 years old. The programme date must be on or after the 13th birthday of the participant.
• Dolphin Immersion: The minimum age requirement is 4 years, with a minimum height requirement of 110cm. Children aged 4-12 years must always be accompanied in the water by a paying adult participant (above 21 years of age), and a maximum supervisory ratio of 3 children to 1 adult (above 21 years of age).
