    Voucher information: No need to print! You can show your voucher on your smartphone or other devices. (But if you’d rather print a copy – that’s fine too!)

    The shuttle services operate daily between 8am and 8pm, depending on the route.

    Our local partners do everything in their power to ensure the tours runs to schedule.  However, Tokyo is a functioning city and weather, traffic and events may occasionally cause disruption.

    The ticket is valid for 24 hours. The expiration date of the ticket will be 3 months from the purchase date. 

    You can bring in plastic bottles (PET bottles), water bottles and drink containers with lids. However, alcohol and food are not allowed.

    Large luggage and baby carriages can be kept in the trunk of SKYBUS during the tour. Please note that we will not be able to accept your luggage in advance.

    There is no restroom on the bus. Please make sure to use the restroom before departure.

    Pets are not allowed on the bus.
