Voucher information: You can show your voucher on your smartphone (But if you’d rather print a copy – that’s fine too!)

After your booking, you will receive separate vouchers for each activity. Please keep the vouchers handy and present it to the respective activity operators on the day of your visit.

Hop-on, hop-off:

Vancouver is a functioning city and weather, traffic and events may occasionally cause disruption.

Wheelchairs, walkers, and strollers are accepted on Hop-On, Hop-Off buses, on a first-come, first-served basis. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate luggage on our Hop-On, Hop-Off buses due to limited storage capacity and provincial laws prohibiting luggage and other items that are not securely or properly stored onboard

Timings and stops are subject to change. The latest map will be available on the bus.

Guests may board the bus at any stop and provide the voucher to the driver or to a Big Bus Vancouver / Westcoast Sightseeing representative.

Flyover Canada:

The experience involves stairs and standing for 20-30 minutes.

Maximum group size of 14 allowed

Rides take place approximately every 15-20 minutes. Not recommended for people with motion sickness or fear of heights

Kids must meet the minimum height requirement (102cm/40") to participate
