Hop-On, Hop-Off clear top buses are not able to accommodate luggage, strollers or wheelchairs.
Hop-on, Hop-Off stops, routing and frequency is subject to change. Gray Line Westcoast Sightseeing will advise guests directly of adjustments.
Guests may board the bus at any stop and provide the voucher to the driver or to a Gray Line Westcoast Sightseeing representative.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate motorized scooters/wheelchairs, folding wheelchairs, walkers, strollers or luggage on our Hop-On, Hop-Off buses due to limited storage capacity and provincial laws prohibiting luggage and other items which are not securely or properly stored onboard.
So easy. Needed a better map though. Perhaps interactive. We found it hard to find a he place to hop on.
Easy to use good way to see Vancouver
Good route. Saw many things. Some buses had driver talking and some had recorded. SOund system was clear. Bus was clean. "Live" tracking is a few minutes behind, so missed a bus and it wouldn't wait as I ran for it.
