The Guinness Storehouse Experience:
A visit to the home of Guinness is the high point of any trip to Dublin. Discover all there is to know about the world-famous beer. The tour begins on the ground floor with a glimpse into the brewery’s 250-year-old history and ends in Gravity, the sky bar.
A master brewer will take you through the brewing process, advertising, the Arthur Guinness story, transport, and Guinness around the world, the bars, gallery and Retail Store.
After the tour, you can shop for some exclusive merchandise and memorabilia or relax with a pint of beer at The Gravity Bar and enjoy uninterrupted panoramic views across Dublin city.
Please note that the Hop-On, Hop-Off tour accepts smartphone vouchers while Guinness Storehouse accepts paper vouchers.
After your booking, you will receive separate vouchers for each activity. Please keep the vouchers handy and present it to the respective activity operators on the day of your visit.
Both activities are valid for the date you selected for the booking and tour option you selected.
Hop-On, Hop-Off Tour:
Voucher information: You can show your voucher on your smartphone (But if you’d rather print a copy – that’s fine too!)
Mobile vouchers accepted at all stops with an active/integrated QR-code. Paper/offline vouchers must go to the ticket office.
Validity: 12 months from the date chosen at the time of booking
Wheelchair accessibility: Partial. Guests need to walk up 1 step.
Dublin is a functioning city and weather, traffic and events may occasionally cause disruption.

Voucher Information: Sorry, but we will need you to print a paper version of your booking voucher (we're working on changing this). At this time no refund can be given for customers without a printed copy of their voucher.
You can exchange your isango! voucher at the entrance of The Guinness Storehouse for a tour of the building.
Proof of Immunity for Gravity Bar required: Customers will need to provide a valid photo ID and Proof of Immunity on arrival to confirm that all are over 18 and are either fully vaccinated or have recovered from COVID-19 in the past 6 months. Under 18s who are in the care of a permitted person in an indoor setting, currently do not require Proof of Immunity.

The first tour operator was funny and knowledge, however the second day we were delighted to have a different view from another operator and really enjoyed the whole HOHO...
