Guided tour of Florence Duomo with Brunelleschi’s Dome: April to October: 2:30pm
Before start of the guided tour you must redeem your vouchers from the Sightseeing Experience staff located at Stop No. 1 of Line A City Sightseeing, Florence (at least 1 hour before the start time for the guided tour) or directly on the bus once you board.
You can also exchange your voucher the day before the guided tour, from the Sightseeing Experience staff located at Stop No. 1 of Line A where you can ask for more information on the service, meeting point of the guided tour, bus location and tour map.
Guided tour of Florence Duomo: Information on the meeting point of the guided tour will be provided at the Sightseeing Experience Visitor Centre. Please arrive at the meeting point for the guided tour at least 15 minutes before the start time.

Your ticket allows you unlimited use for 48 hours, meaning you can hop-on and hop-off as many times as you like at any of the designated stops! There is Pre-recorded commentary on this tour.
To end the tour, you can hop off at any of the stops.
Guided tour of Florence Duomo with Access to the Dome:

Capped by Filippo Brunelleschi's red-tiled cupola, the construction of the cathedral took almost 150 years and it wasn't consecrated until 1436. The Duomo’s dome is the highlight of the tour and considered the most important architectural achievement of the Renaissance. Designed by Filippo Brunelleschi, it is the largest dome in the world.
See this spectacular Cupola del Duomo (The Dome) from within. Hear the fascinating story behind the dome and admire the frescoes from Renaissance artists like Zuccari and Vasari on the two shells of the dome. Enjoy panoramic views of Florence and the Tuscan Hills from dome’s balcony and admire the jaw-dropping views of Florence from the dome.
The tour takes approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes, after which you are free to continue sightseeing on your own.

Before start of the guided tour you must redeem your vouchers from the Sightseeing Experience staff located at Stop No. 1 of Line A. Remember that you MUST EXCHANGE your voucher at least 1 hour before the start of your guided tour. You can also exchange a day prior to the visit. The travel date and time indicated in the booking voucher is the date of the guided tour and cannot be modified.
Children under 18 years of age must present ID proof or passport at the entrance, failure to do so may result in denied entry and no refund.
This tour is not recommended for people using wheelchairs or with impaired mobility. This tour involves a big number of steps to reach the top of Brunelleschi Dome (there is no elevator).
The validity of the City Sightseeing ticket will start when you exchange your voucher.
For the hop-on, hop-off schedule, only Lina "A" and "B" are available from 2nd November to 31st March.
The start point for the guided tour at the Duomo will be communicated while you will exchange the voucher at the Sightseeing Experience Visitor Center.
Dress code - no shorts or sleeveless tops allowed. Knees and shoulders must be covered.
Line A Stops from n. 12 to n. 17 will be temporarily suspended.
Due to public works, from today until next days, buses of Line A may have some delays. STOP N.1 LINE A City Sightseeing Florence has been moved in front the MAIN EXIT of the central train station Santa Maria Novella, but the address still is ‘Piazza Stazione’.
The confirmation voucher includes the local activity operator’s contact details and local telephone numbers at the destination. They will happily answer any logistical questions you may have.The access to the bus is permitted for little and medium domestic animals under the discretion of the driver.
