Despite our reservations, during periods of increased inflow of visitors, the admission to the museums may be subject to delays due to:

- Security check at the entrance (metal detector)

- The maximum number of people allowed at the same time inside the Museum for security reasons.

Based on the above reasons any possible delay cannot be attributable to Caf Tour & Travel responsibility;

We suggest to wear comfortable shoes.

It is mandatory to arrive at the meeting point as per time mentioned on your ticket. No refund/rescheduling is possible in case of delay/no-show from customer's side.

Uffizi Bookings – Full Names & ID Required

All bookings are nominative: full names of each participant must be provided at the time of booking and must match the ID shown at entry.

Valid passport or national ID is mandatory. Mismatched or invalid documents will result in denied entry with no refund.
