Very handy service, visiting all the attractions, and drivers are friendly. Two minor quibbles- I had to print out the voucher, which is awkward, and the audio commentary didn't always work.
Tour guide was good. Needing a paper copy in a day of QR codes was very difficult, especially when not staying in a hotel.
