Passport of the ticket holders is required upon redemption.

Activity Partner reserves the rights to change any terms and conditions without prior notice.

Children height under 120cms is considered to be charged as the child rate.

Any child is over 120cms height, please book as the adult rate.

Those children under 11 years old must be accompanied by their parents and/or adults who are over 18 years old.

The ticket can only be used on the date selected during booking.

The same will be mentioned on the confirmation email or voucher.

No refund will be given for any change in date after booking.
