Hop On Hop Off Las Vegas - Bus Tours

4.0 Stars and 89 Reviews
Known for bright lights, iconic casinos, and nonstop entertainment, Las Vegas is often called America’s playground for adults and a Las Vegas hop-on hop-off tour is the easiest way to explore the city at your own pace. The buses travel along the fixed routes (Red and Green) across the famous Las Vegas Strip and beyond, connecting major resorts, attractions, and entertainment hubs between 10:00 AM and 04:00 PM, completing loops in around 30 to 120 minutes, depending on the route. You can hop off near any landmark and rejoin the next bus arriving every 30-60 minutes. Choose from flexible 24- or 48-hour tickets or a ticket for a panoramic night tour running from 07:00 PM to 10:15 PM. Check availability and book your tickets.

    All of Las Vegas easily

We caught the bus from the hotel across the Freeway and managed to travel up and down the strip taking in all the hotels and highlights that are worth seeing, some local information was given which was very helpful. At the end of the strip tour the bus swopped driver and commentator and continued downtown to the original Vegas with its chapels, pawn shops and bond holders. We used the bus on the second night to go downtown and see a completely different Vegas.

A very good and relaxing way to start our holiday.

Had this tour the day after arriving and it was very useful as it helped us plan some of the other things we wanted to do / see. All the tour guides were knowledgeable and helpful. They also gave us useful tips on where to eat at reasonable prices.

    Fantastic tour and great service

We used the big bus tour on our first few days in Vegas to get used to where everything was. Id recommend the two day package, which for us was only a few dollars more. All the guides were great especially Nicole who we had on our first day, all the guides provide the same information but she added more personalised detail to the info. There's also a canopy on the buses which was heaven in the hot weather.

Expert Tips For Using Bus Tours in Las Vegas

  • One ride, two experiences: You can start your hop-on hop-off Las Vegas tour about 45-60 minutes before sunset. You’ll see the Strip in daylight as well as watch the city transform as neon lights switch on.
  • Use the bus to skip resort-to-resort walking time: Distances between major hotels are longer than they appear on the map. Hop-on hop-off Las Vegas stops help you move efficiently without unnecessary walking.
  • Avoid mid-afternoon boarding in summer: Desert heat peaks along open stretches of the Strip between 2:00 PM and 05:00 PM. Use lower-deck seating during this time for a comfortable ride.
  • Use the day route for hotels, night tour for photos: Use the day buses to hop between the resorts and attractions and join the night tour to capture the clearer views of the illuminated landmarks.

Things to Know before Planning

Summer temperatures in Las Vegas often go beyond 40°C (104°F). So, carry water, sunscreen, and comfortable footwear if exploring outdoors during the day.

Hotel prices usually exclude resort fees added at check-in, and casinos and rooftop lounges require a valid photo ID, with strict age checks even inside hotel complexes. Moreover, the city operates almost 24 hours a day, with restaurants, casinos, and entertainment venues open late or around the clock. So, evenings are the best time to explore.

For a different experience, visit Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area or the Fremont Street Experience in Downtown Las Vegas.
