    The date you choose is for the tour. The hop-on, hop-off ticket is valid for 12 months.

    Individual vouchers for each activity will be shared after the booking.

    Tour stops and timings are subject to change. The updated map will be available on the bus.

    The cruise is operated by Hornblower - City Cruises. How to do the cruise? Cruise tickets will be issued when you exchange your voucher on the bus so you must visit the bus in the first instance. Please note that the cruise is offered as strictly subject to availability.

    The Royal London Walk and the City Pack are self-guided tours and the instructions/QR codes for these will be issued locally by the team at point of voucher redemption.

    Changing of the Guard:

    If you book your tour on Tuesday, Thursday or Saturday, you’ll experience the change of the Household Cavalry.

    The date, time, and cancellation of the Changing of the Guard are subject to change at the discretion of British authorities. Cancellations due to inclement weather are not announced until the morning of the ceremony. Customers will still see a 'wet change' in which the guards march but without the usual music or parade.

    Please keep in mind that the guard schedule is subject to change, and we may see either footguards or horseguards on different dates.
