We ensure that the tour runs on time, however at times the itinerary might be revised due to weather, traffic conditions, etc.
Rome is a functioning city and weather, traffic and events may occasionally cause disruption.
Wheelchairs can get on the bus, but not on the second floor. They have a dedicated spot on the first floor.
People with less than 75% disability must pay the entire price, according to their age. People with more than 75% disability are entitled to a free ticket, if accompanied by a paying person.
Small pets are allowed on board only with muzzle and leash. Guide dogs for blind people are allowed on board with muzzle and leash.
Every passenger can bring on board a small bag (dimension max 50x30x25cm)
The lost objects found on the buses will be deposited at our office (CS OPEN BUS SRL, Via di Torre del Fiscale 43, 00178 Roma).
Vatican Museums:
Because of the attraction's popularity, large numbers of people visit each day. For any last minute changes, time changes or other updates please visit the attraction website.
Security Measures: There will be airport-style security checks. All visitors and their small-medium sized bags will be screened. Liquids, large bags, or sharp items are not allowed and must be left in cloakroom. Please carry your valid ID/passport. Failure to do may result in denied entry. Pacemakers should carry their certification as well.
Wheelchair Accessibility: The Vatican Museums reserve free admission to all disabled visitors with a certified disability of more than 74%. In case of not self-sufficient, the free ticket is also extended to a companion.
Dress Code: Both men and women MUST have knees and shoulders covered. Failure to comply may result in denied entry.
