    The headphones were helpful - but there were big gaps between the comments which could have been used to add in so much information. Commentary superficial

    The voice over on the English commentary was so boring! Very much like the chap you want to get away from at a party - with so many struggling actors about who would have made the dialogue so much more inspiring to listen to they picked the most boring voice imaginable.

    We were on the last circuit of the day and I was with my active (but 87 year old) Mum. The last stop was supposed to be close to the Intercontinental where we stayed - but at the second last stop the bus driver sudden indicated that the tour ended there (contrary to the promotional material) and Mum had to walk about a mile to the hotel. I think that he just wanted to get home - but the long walk was difficult for us and we had to take our time in the rain

    Only one bus for both blue and red line. Bus is too hot. The pre recorded guided tour was on in the beginning but later on was no longer being played
