    Meeting Point

    You can start the cruise at Westminster Pier, Tower Pier and Greenwich Pier. (You must collect your Tower of London ticket from Westminster or Tower Pier before heading to the Tower.)
    Closest tube stations to start points are given below:
    Westminster Pier: Westminster Tube (Jubilee and District Lines)
    Tower Pier: Tower Hill Tube (District Line & DLR)
    Greenwich Pier: North Greenwich Tube (Jubilee Line)
    The Tower of London is located at Tower Hill which is a stop on the District Line.
    Please report at the meeting point 20 minutes before the boading time. This is mandatory to ensure time to obtain boarding passes.

    Tower of London
    This famous fortress dates back to the early 1080s when the White Tower was constructed by William the Conqueror. It has played a crucial role in English history and served variously as an armoury, a treasury, a menagerie, a public records office, and the home of the Royal Mint.

    On your visit, you can meet the iconic Beefeaters in their red and black uniforms, see the glittering Crown Jewels, and admire the splendid Norman architecture. You’ll also be treated to spell-binding tales of the Tower’s turbulent past. Learn the story of the Princes in the Tower, the appalling behaviour of Henry VIII and the part played by the Tower in the Civil War.

    Your day will end at the pier of your choice, or at Tower of London.

    Voucher information: You must print and surrender a paper version of your booking voucher for this activity (showing your voucher on a smartphone is not accepted). No refund can be given to customers without a printed copy of their voucher.

    Entrance to Westminster Pier will be closed for essential maintenance for next 10 days approx. starting from 12 Mar 18. If you require wheelchair access or special assistance, please mention it in the special request section while making a booking.

    Sailing time may change based on tide levels and river traffic, please check with the staff on the day of the cruise. You are especially advised to check if you intend to travel on the last sailing of any given day.

    Please arrive at the departing pier 20 - 30 minutes before the time of departure.

    During summer months you may not be able to board your first choice of boat.

    You must present your voucher at a City Cruises pier to get your entrance tickets prior to visiting the attraction.

    Attraction tickets can only be collected from Westminster Pier, Tower Pier, Greenwich Pier. It won’t be available at London Pier.

    The Tower of London is located at Tower Hill which is a stop on the District Line.

    You must use the Tower of London Ticket and All Day Travel pass on the same day.
