The date and timeslot you select while booking is for your London Eye visit. Once you have made your booking, you can book date & time slot for Madame Tussauds entry through this link: https://me-loneye.secure-cdn.meg-eu.accessoticketing.com/booking-portal. To login in, please enter your Merlin supplier reference number found on your e-ticket and the following e-mail address: merlin@evanevanstours.co.uk.

Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. Children under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult 18+ years old.

Validity: Your Pass is valid for 90 days from the date you that you select to visit your first attraction.

Busiest periods at the London Eye and Madame Tussauds are between 12 noon and 3pm so it is advisable to visit at a different time.

Madame Tussauds London will not admit guests with suitcases.

Under 15’s must be accompanied by someone 18 years or over.

Children under 2 are free but will require a ticket. Maximum 3 free infant tickets per booking allowed.

No food or drink is permitted in the SEA LIFE London Aquarium.

Re-entry is not permitted on the attractions.
