So before we break up for lunch, we will indulge you in the renowned Changing of the Guard ceremony at the Buckingham Palace gate. Treat your eyes to one of the quintessential British traditions where you can watch the guards in their Busbies parading to military music.

After this fascinating activity, the tour will break up for a quick lunch (don’t forget to steal a few recommendations from your guide!) before we regroup again to visit the historic Tower of London. Since its foundation in 1066, the tower has served multiple purposes - from being a royal residence to a prison to its current role of housing the Crown Jewels - and is also protected as a World Heritage Site. Take your time to admire the exquisite elegance and beauty of some of the most iconic treasures of the world, including the Kohinoor and Black Prince’s Ruby.

Relish the glorious London weather as you sail on the fabulous Thames and sink in to the astonishing views before proceeding to our final halt for the day, the legendary Harrods.
